We are strongly committed to customer satisfaction. With that in mind, we have, from the very beginning of our company, determined that we will not complete our work for any client until that client is perfectly satisfied with the product s/he has received. Because we have such open communication between client and writer, it is rare that the product delivered does not meet every expectation and then some. In some circumstances, however, it is inevitable that a customer may want something revised. We have created this policy so that you will understand the process and the guidelines for revision requests and revisions themselves.

The Process of Making a Revision Request

1. The final draft of your ordered product will be delivered to your personal account portal – the same one you have been using to communicate with your writer all along.

2. You will need to open the file and read and review it carefully to ensure that it meets your expectations.

3. If you are pleased with the final draft, you click the “Approve” button, and it is immediately turned into a Word document for you to download. Note: Your account portal remains active even after you have taken delivery. This will be your account with us for any future orders you place.

4. If you decide that you want some changes, you click the “Revision Request” button, and a field will open for you to give your writer the details of what you wish him/her to revise. S/he will respond promptly.

5. Your other option is to contact the customer service desk and explain in detail what revisions you wish.

6. If you want another writer to complete the revisions, we are happy to do that if one is available.

7. Once the revisions are completed, you receive notification via email or telephone, and you start the process of review again, through your account portal.

Revision Request Deadlines

Of course, the best time to ask for revisions is when you first review the finished product. Sometimes, however, customers decide that they want a change after they have already approved and taken delivery. There are deadlines for these types of requests, as follows:

1. If the finished work is 20 pages or less, you must make your request within 7 days of having taken delivery

2. If the finished work is in excess of 20 pages, you have 14 days after delivery to request your changes.

Revisions that are Free

All revisions are free of additional charges if they meet the following criteria:

1. If your writer has missed a specification you provided and our editing department did not catch it, the revision is free.

2. If you want the sequence of the content re-arranged, that revision is free

3. If you and your writer interpreted and instruction differently, the revision is free

Revisions for Which an Additional Charge Will Apply

1. If you change request alters your original instructions from which your writer was working, we will have to charge an additional fee. That fee will be determined based upon the amount of work involved for the writer. For example, you might want to add an additional section to a complex piece of research or some additional entries for an annotated bibliography. We are happy to accommodate those types of requests, and we will determine a fee and let you know immediately.

2. We will begin on your revision request as soon as payment has been made.

3. If you miss the deadline for change requests (listed above), then there will be an additional fee. To accomplish this, you will need to fill out a new order form and upload your product, because it has already been wiped from our system. We will begin these revisions as soon as payment has been remitted and will have them completed as quickly as possible.

We hope that this policy is clear. If you need additional clarification, please contact customer service for additional information.
